Eastern Idaho State Fair Idaho Wireless Corporation maintained a booth at the State Fair from September 3rd through the 10th, 2016. Visitors to the booth were informed about employment opportunities and encouraged to pick up an application and return it to our Human Resources Department. The Fair allows us the opportunity to speak to individuals one on one and educate them on the job opportunities within a radio station. Recruiting Idaho Wireless Corporation sends position listing letters and emails to the recruitment sources listed in Part 2. The position listing describes the positions available and requirements for those positions. East Idaho Broadcasters Job Fair Idaho Wireless Corporation particpated in a joint Radio and TV broadcasters Job Fair on April 20th, 2017 with the goal of making available at one location a place for job applicants interested in the broadcast industry to learn about the individual broadcasters. Idaho Wireless Corporation collected resumes, handed out applications and informed attendees of the various positions available in our industry. The Human Resources Manager was in attendance to perform pre-interviews with applicants.
